Adastral Park is BT’s Global Research and Development Headquarters and home of Innovation Martlesham. The Park is one of the world’s most famous telecoms and computing addresses, with a campus that covers 100 acres (40 hectares).
The office space is located within three buildings on the Adastral Park site :-
- B1 Building is located in the bottom left hand corner of the map
- The Ross Building is located in the centre of the map next to the water feature
- Columba House is an ‘L’-shaped building located next to Car Park P
The hub is a central building located in Adastral Park, across from the Innovation Martlesham Ross building. The hub facilities and their opening hours include:
- Restaurant – 11:30 – 13:45
- Coffee shop – 08:00 – 16:00
- WHSmith – 08:00 – 15:00

The Adastral Park campus is one of the biggest centres for jobs and commercial activity in the East of England and is now home to more than 40 companies. To ensure that it can continue to deliver exciting initiatives for business, education & skills BT, with a specialist regeneration team, has submitted proposals for the redevelopment of the current Adastral Park site, together with neighbouring land.
