'Thinking Money Down The Drain'
The world is changing at an ever increasing pace, but our decisions and behaviours are derived from models of "reality" based on conventional thinking and patterns from the past. We must find ways of challenging these patterns, and free up our thinking to generate fresh ideas that feed innovation and transform organisations. In this presentation, Dr David Hall will demonstrate how business can overcome these blockers and stop 'Thinking money down the drain' by using structured problem solving and creativity techniques to deliver outstanding business performance
