Technology Careers Fair at BT’s Adastral Park Proved To Be Very Successful

May 7, 2019

Innovation Martlesham was pleased to be part of the Event held at Adastral Park to promote the job opportunities that are available within BT and within some of the Companies within Innovation Martlesham.

Marshall Wolfe was one of the IM companies that took part.  Sanchia Marshall, COO, Marshall Wolfe says “The way tech companies secure (and retain) top talent is fundamentally changing. Early and continuous interaction and collaboration with future employees is more important than ever. The Technology Careers Fair at BT Adastral Park (Jobs@Adastral) gave Marshall Wolfe the ideal opportunity to introduce ‘HireMe’ Technology to 100s of potential new candidates. ‘HireMe’ is a candidate-centred job application workflow underpinned by chatbot technology that helps candidates put their best foot forward whilst helping clients select the best individual for the role (as opposed to selected the best CV writer or best interview technique).  Jobs@Adastral was a huge success. Well attended by candidates and employers and an impressive show case for BT and Innovation Martlesham”.

Another Innovation Martlesham company, IF Recruitment was also delighted to be a part of the Adastral Park 2019 Careers Fair. “It was a fantastic day for the Innovation Martlesham Business Community to help support aspiring and established IT business professionals in the local area” says Gemma Hookway. “We were privileged to meet some very talented Students and Graduates, that we are now supporting with offering careers guidance and assisting them in taking their first steps in their careers, both with companies based here at Innovation Martlesham and  in the wider technology market”.

Gemma went on say “the event was a resounding success and gave the attendees the opportunity to experience and learn about the ground breaking and innovative work carried out here at Adastral Park. We look forward to attending and supporting  future  events”
