Sketchbook Games Wins First Prize At Nordic Pitching Contest And Picks Up Special Selection Indie Award

Innovation Martlesham incubator company Sketchbook Games recently attended the Reboot Develop games conference in Dubrovnik to pitch their debut title Lost Words at the Nordic Game Discovery Pitching Contest, where they received 1st place. The prize was tickets to Nordic Game conference in Malmo, Sweden for the competition finals.

In addition to this, Sketchbook also picked up the Special Selection Indie Award with a prize of an Oculus Rift VR headset, Amazon Fire tablet and tickets for the Reboot Develop conference in Croatia next year. 

Lost Words is due for release in 2018 and features a story by renowned games writer Rhianna Pratchett about a young girl aspiring to be a writer who tries to cope with the loss of her gran by escaping to a fantastical imaginary world.
