Open House Event Celebrates Additional Office Space in the Ross BuildingMarch 7, 2012
Innovation Martlesham hosted an open house brunch event on Tuesday, 6th March 2012 to celebrate the newly opened first floor of The Ross Building.
The first floor of the Ross building contains six offices ranging from 8-12 person suites and a conference room, which can be booked for tenant use. The Ross building is served by high speed internet and will ensure that ICT companies at Innovation Martlesham will have a world class internet service underpinning their business. The cost of the internet, a fully furnished office, free access to a conference room and all other service charges are wrapped up into one monthly charge.
IM announced availability of newly refurbishment offices on the ground floor of the Ross building in March 2011. This accommodation is now almost fully occupied; the newest tenant of the Ross building is OXEMS who recently graduated from the IM ICT Incubator.
The refurbishment of the first floor of the Ross Building was announced at IM’s Celebration event in October 2011. Refurbishment has now been completed and is ready for tenant occupation.
“IM is pleased to announce the completion of the Ross first floor refurbishment,” said David Ralph. “Providing additional accommodation encourages the aims of Innovation Martlesham, which is to offer a collaborative environment for ICT companies who want to be co-located with some of the world’s leading ICT companies. This co-location of ICT companies at Adastral Park, along with the networking opportunities that IM and its partners host, drives the main objective of Innovation Martlesham; to become a high tech cluster which stimulates innovation and supports growth for the local and UK economy.”
