 The Suffolk Skills Show – packed with ideas, advice and opportunities to put employers and young people on the path to future success


The Suffolk Skills Show, now in its 5th year takes, place at Trinity Park Ipswich on Wednesday 17th October.

Over 100 businesses and further education providers will be welcoming over 4500 school children and the general public from across Suffolk. The event provides an opportunity for businesses to showcase the people they employ and what they are looking for in future employees.  Those attending will get career inspiration, information and a wide range of hands-on experiences to help them to explore skills, further education and Apprenticeships.

This year’s Suffolk Skills Show, more promising than ever, will host Nicky Daniels, Head of the Innovation Martlesham, Coderus and inawisdom, both Innovation Martlesham companies.

On a day full of employment opportunities, Coderus’ team will be there sharing the fun with some demos of their latest projects and their experience at working in a collaborative tech environment such as the one of Innovation Martlesham.

Attracting and supporting local talent is at the very top of our priorities with great success stories such as Nathan Churm who returned home to Suffolk following his physics degree to train with us as a Data Scientist.  He is now a key member of the Inawisdom team helping our customers with many exciting projects. We are now working with local universities planning to repeat this success with another two graduate recruits this September.”
