Following the successful launch in July of IM Company Lxpert’s free computer advice service in partnership with AgeUK Suffolk , that we reported on they are delighted to announce that the initiative have reached its first milestone.

On the 1st of October, the partnership has delivered 10 free sessions, helped 21 customers and raised £41 for AgeUK. They are very proud of how extremely useful their customers have found the service, with the age group making the best use of the service being the over 80’s!

Lxpert was founded with the aim to help people get the most from technology and drive digital inclusion. This partnership with AgeUK Suffolk has helped Lxpert to expand and do more to achieve this purpose.  The next milestone is “100 customers helped” which they hope will be reached in the next couple of months.

Lxpert’s Founder and CEO, Kennedy Cheng, says: “Thank you to all our customers, our IT experts (lxperts), Lxpert team, AgeUK Suffolk team and people in the local community for all your support. We couldn’t do it without you !”
