We are calling all start-ups with innovations that help businesses meet the evolving needs of tomorrow’s customer service.

Our society is increasingly connected with individuals and businesses managing and sharing vast amounts of information with new devices.  The way end users want to interact with service providers, merchants and each other is changing.  BT needs to help UK businesses understand their customers, develop great service and simplify customer interaction processes, whilst allowing customers to remain in control of their lives.
