Alison is happy to advise on any aspect of patent or trade mark law. In particular, if you are starting a new business she can help you to discover whether the mark or brand you wish to use is available for use and/or registration in the UK and any other countries of interest. If you have created any innovative products or processes she can advise on the likelihood of being able to obtain a patent in the UK and beyond.
