Innovation Martlesham, in association with TechEast, would like to invite you to another Breakfast Networking Event

with Guest Speaker

Jim Marshall, CEO Marshall Wolfe

"Happiness, well-being and performance are ‘juxta-buddies’ not conflicting desires.  How to Build a High Performing Team!"

This is an opportunity to explore why concentrating on building and managing a high performing team achieves your goals (whilst concentrating on your goals can leave you fighting to attract and retain high performers). FREE 15 min THRIVE Self-Assessment; an opportunity to think about how your organisation performs against MTO’s Framework for measuring Team Performance.

PLACES ARE LIMITED AND ATTENDANCE IS BY REGISTRATION ONLY. Please register by contacting jim.milne@innovationmartlesham.com

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be advised that a delegate list will be created for hand-out at the event, for networking purposes. If you would like your name, company and job function to be included for other attendees to see, please let Jim know. This data will not be stored by Innovation Martlesham after the event **

PERSONAL PROFILE - Jim

jim marshall med

Jim was the MD of a multi-million pound agency. His team, based on revenue per employee, was consistently in the top 5% of agencies in the UK (generally over 4x more productive than the average). How was this achieved and what lessons were learnt to further improve performance?

Today, Jim is the CEO of Marshall Wolfe, a Consultancy focusing on ‘Hiring by Design’. Jim has a passion for fair and efficient hiring. He is also a Co-Founder of MegaTeamOne (MTO). MTO helps clients design, acquire and grow High Performing Teams and environments. We do this by first benchmarking then increasing the metrics around our THRIVE framework for High Performance.
