Open for Innovators: Innovation Martlesham now taking reservations for new office space

March 3, 2011

Innovation Martlesham, the high-tech cluster for ICT companies based in BT’s R&D campus at Adastral Park, announced today that it is now taking reservations for an additional building. Offices and conference rooms in the Ross building are currently being refurbished and will be available to new tenants in April.

The Ross building will be served by high speed broadband and will ensure that ICT companies at Innovation Martlesham will have a world class internet service underpinning their business. The cost of a fully furnished office, free access to conference rooms, high speed broadband and all other costs are wrapped up into one monthly charge starting at £350/month for a two person office.

Larger offices are also available in Ross and Columba House.

“Martlesham is a brilliant place for ICT companies of all sizes,” said Graham Reid, Director of Innovation Martlesham. “We have already filled one building, so I am delighted to open new office space in Ross in April. It’s a fantastic opportunity for small and growing ICT companies to be located with the world’s largest ICT companies. Google and HP both started with two guys in a garage, we can offer two person offices (and larger) complete with high speed broadband.”

The next tour for tenants interested in offices in the Ross building is arranged for the 8th March. If you want to join that tour or you are interested in finding out more about Innovation Martlesham, email holly.jackson@carterjonas.co.uk or call 0844 209 0069.
