Personal Profile – Keith Grimwood
Following his initial training Keith went on to gain multi-disciplinary experience in both operational and general management appointments within high technology focused sectors of the engineering industry.
His general management experience includes executive appointments within companies who were leaders in niche sectors, as Managing Director within the technology division of John Mowlem Plc, as a leading player in international markets, they produced a range of measuring and testing device instrumentation for the civil engineering and environmental industries.
Keith went on to form his own consultancy practice working within the SME sector on strategic planning, business development and profit improvement programmes. As Investment Director with Beer & Partners he has significant experience of the private equity markets raising funding for high growth ventures.

Joined Ifftner in 2002. Since becoming MD in 2004, has worked to continue the values and success of predecessor and company founder Elizabeth Ifftner.
Expanded the Ifftner group with the strategic purchase of AngliaIT in 2009 and grew group turn over in excess of £9M p.a.
Passionate about professional recruitment practice and a pioneer of Agile Recruitment.
